About the department

As part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure (SI), our division shapes the market for intelligent, adaptive infrastructure solutions. Focused on addressing urbanization and climate change challenges, we connect energy systems, buildings, and industries. Within SI, the ‘Electrification & Automation’ unit offers a comprehensive portfolio in electrification and automation, driving transformation through innovation and digitalization.

About the position and responsibilities

Joining Siemens as a Sales Manager means contributing to projects with a significant societal impact. You will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and building long-term customer relationships in the electrification and automation market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving a portfolio of assigned customers within the industry and EPC’s.
  • Managing all customer-facing activities and delivering solution presentations.
  • Advising on medium-voltage switchgear and automation solutions.
  • Owning the bid management process and coordinating proposals.
  • Negotiating contracts and tailoring communication to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Sector expertise in electrification, automation, and related technologies.
  • Experience in transformer stations/substations, switchgear systems, and medium-voltage power distribution.
  • Proficiency in commissioning, relay protection systems, and Operational Technology (OT).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster enduring customer relationships.
  • Fluent in Danish and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
