Your areas of responsibilities:

Execute on sales strategies to effectively sell our products to B2B retailers within the juvenile industry.

Manage existing accounts while actively seeking out new leads to expand the customer portfolio.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers through regular visits and personalized consultations.

Coordinate and host customer events, as well as in-store and online promotional activities within the sales territory.

Merchandise products & POS in Line with VM Guidelines

Provide coaching and product training sessions to retailers and other clients to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.

Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and manage budgets effectively.

Relay customer feedback and competitor insights to relevant departments within the organization to facilitate timely responses to market demands.

Your profile of qualification:

3-5 years of professional experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales, preferably within similar industries such as retail, FMCG, luxury, or technical goods.

Demonstrated understanding of premium and luxury markets with proven ability to promote and sell products effectively.

Proficient in both English and Danish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated with a high sense of initiative, capable of working independently and managing a remote/home office.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Dynamic and driven personality with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable
