At Whistleblower Software, we are seeking our new SDR Team Manager to join our growing German team. Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to meet and exceed their individual and team targets. You believe in leading by example, and you should expect to do prospecting yourself and contribute to generating sales opportunities.
    • Training and development: Provide ongoing feedback, training, mentoring, and professional development to the SDR team to enhance their skills and knowledge. This includes onboarding, training, and feedback to new and old SDR team members.
    • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and achieve sales goals.
    • Process improvement: Continuously assess and refine the SDR team's processes to maximize efficiency and productivity in HubSpot.
    • Leading by example: Develop and execute sequences to generate deals through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and other deal-generation tactics.
    • HubSpot Management: Ensure that HubSpot is accurately maintained and all team members understand how to navigate in HubSpot and log information correctly.

 

Qualifications and expectations towards you:

  • You have experience in managing a sales team, proficiency in various prospecting strategies. In your prior roles, you excelled in support a sales team with high activity in cold calling, cold email, and linkedin prospecting to effectively generate sales opportunities and significantly contribute to revenue growth.
  • Native fluency in German and professional fluency in English.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week in our Madrid office.
  • HubSpot experience would be an advantage but is not required
  • You are a team player and a quick learner, and you love to see results.

Recruitment Process

  • Send application and upload relevant information
  • Completion of Talent test
  • 15-minute online interview with our Talent Acquisition team
  • 30-minute online interview with the Country Manager, DACH
  • IQ test and case preparation for the last interview (homework)
  • 60 minutes in-person final interview with hiring manager and Head of Sales Development
