Job Purpose:
This role blends the responsibilities of a "BDM – Customer" and a "BDM – Program" The Security BDM will focus on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity, executing strategies to drive profitable market share and fostering positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Accountaibilities:
Manage small to mid-size accounts, executing the Business Unit strategy in alignment with the agreed plan.
Take solution and service offerings, including TaaS, directly to key customers.
Drive security sales from our vendor portfolio, including identifying and onboarding new partners.
Lead security sales efforts for specific vendors/projects requiring specialized knowledge.
Enable and support sales teams to increase market share and wallet share.
Successfully negotiate and secure key tenders and large deals.
Foster positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders, positioning TD SYNNEX as a "Trusted Advisor."
Increase customer loyalty and profitability.
Collaborate closely with Field Sales Engineers (FSE) and vendors.
Support the development of direct reports and/or divisional Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Maintain full knowledge of our security product/service line.
Engage proactively with key customers and vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
Skills and Experience:

Highly numerate with a deep understanding of product and technology portfolios.
Familiarity with the Security IT industry, including channels, vendors, and competition.
Experience with IT Security
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience in people management and development is advantageous.
Languages required: Danish and English (High proficiency required)
