emagine is looking for a Senior Business Architect for Product and Design for a client in the financial industry.

Group Credit Managements' contextual vision of the Credit Decision Data Initiative is supporting our automation strategy and the aim for Digital Operational Excellence.
The outlined vision is: “Our goal is to create a safe & trusted data foundation for a digitally-driven workplace/bank and to enable credit automation/workflow processes supporting unbiased decision making.
This will free up time for value-adding work and enable us to use our competencies more effectively so we can deliver more insights-based services. Ultimately, this will improve our customers’ experience”
The strategic plan is to establish a foundation for data-driven credit management supporting a credit decision engine for non-retail customers, to enable fully or partially automated credit decisions including reporting.
The strategic goal is to have a continuously updated, integrated and digitalised data service capability with relevant, compliant and easy-to-access customer and credit data.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for architectural product design and leading our product visioning, back-casting and prototyping to enable the projects successful deliveries. Having a strong track record in leading business insights and analytics with stellar design that enables easy-to-use, easy-to-understand that is intuitive without having to “read” is critical.
Having a strong track record and thought leadership or principal leadership from creating digital products, including well defined product vision and high fidelity prototyping to be able to succeed in this role.
Strong and proven ability to deliver high quality work, combining ability of strategic development with operational hands-on as our initiative will require high momentum and continuous deliverables with short deadlines.
Multidisciplinary background required with solid track record of bridging Business and IT together, preferably both from Banking/Financial industry as well as from tech startups and/or Industrials sector where industrialization have come further.
Documented track record from Microsoft eco-system is a must given that our employees “first entry point of work” is through Office.
Documented successful experience from working with complicated context requiring scalable and flexible solutions is a must given our multidimensional complex environment, frameworks and regulatory requirements.
