Senior Business Risk & Controls Partner

In Personal Customers, Business Controls & Product Management (PC BCPM) we are the risk experts partnering with the Personal Customers business to drive an open, consistent and proactive risk culture. Being a 1st line risk function our main goal is to support the Personal Customer business on risk-related matters such as onboarding, digital sales, cards, accounts, e-bank and mobile bank in Sweden, Finland and Denmark. 

It is our knowledge and expertise that is needed when we support the business navigating in an ever-changing world of risks. We are the partner that the business reaches out to when they need advice and support on risk assessments, day-to-day risk enquiries, high risks and product management activities among others.

Drive risk assessments

We are partnering with the business by driving designated risk assessments (Non-financial risk, Product approval, Risk mitigations, GDPR but also supporting on risk management related aspects of Third-party engagement and Pricing.

We act as the glue between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd LoD to ensure faster and compliant execution.

In this position, you will:

You will work with combining good risk expertise with great stakeholder management – while you also work with colleagues in a dedicated risk partner team with stakeholders in the Nordic countries.

Collaborative and customer-oriented risk partner 

Besides having experience with risk management and processes around, we expect you to have excellent stakeholder management skills and a high level of integrity. You are able to work independently on some tasks as well as collaborate with other Risk Partners on larger tasks.

You see the benefit of collaborate with others and you always act with the customer’s needs in mind. Ambition is something we share, and you are described as proactive with high motivation and drive. Colleagues will describe you as analytical, curious, and easy going. 

You have good communication skills both verbally and written - and in dialogues you have the ability to be relevant, clear and concise. We mainly communicate in English internally in Danske Bank; but it is an advantage that you master one of the Scandinavian languages with good proficiency.

The position is either based in the new Danske Bank domicile in Copenhagen City, in Stocholm or in Helsinki. We do not offer relocation.
