And we plan to triple our 2.2GW output by 2030, led by landmark projects such as Sofia (1,400 MW) and Kaskasi (342MW). Main tasks
Evaluate the technical systems and workflows involved in offshore wind projectsIdentify opportunities to optimize technical processesProvide recommendations to ensure seamless integration between different technical systems and tools used in offshore wind project development, construction, and operations, optimizing data flow and interoperability.Deliver insight to implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of data collected from offshore wind assets, supporting decision-making and regulatory compliance.Support in implementing process improvements and technical changes often requires managing organizational change effectivelyEnsure that business strategies are supported by efficient and effective technical processes.Facilitate communication and alignment between business leaders, engineers, IT professionals, and other key stakeholders to achieve common goals.Contribute to the establishing metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of business processes and technical systems.Identifying and assessing risks associated with business processes and technical systems.Driving a culture of continuous improvement. Encouraging feedback, innovation, and learning opportunities to optimize business processes and technical systems over time.
