You are offered the opportunity to join a high-performing and impactful Commercial Projects team within our Commercial Development team. As part of the global Commercial Development team reporting directly to the EVP of Growth (Chronic Care Sales subsidiaries) we drive commercial projects with our subsidiaries across Chronic Care worldwide. As Snr. Commercial Development Manager you will act as project lead and make a true difference in an international environment working closely with country leadership teams and HQ stakeholders.

The Commercial Projects team consists of four team members, typically in the early stage of their career. In the team, we work as a partner to our subsidiaries focusing on how to drive growth and efficiencies and help pave the way for local execution. To ensure a close collaboration with the markets we value being on site and you can therefore expect ~60 travel days/year.

With exposure to diverse projects and different subsidiaries you will in this role gain invaluable experience and expertise that will make you an ideal future candidate for one of our commercial teams in Coloplast, including abroad opportunities in our subsidiaries.

Lead commercial projects and make an impact by

  • Driving high impact global commercial projects . business cases, sales force productivity projects, business model reviews, or go-to-market strategies
  • Managing global processes in close collaboration with other functions (. finance, corporate strategy, marketing) and stakeholders to drive value across the organization 
  • Creating and consolidating complex analyses into well-structured communication material to facilitate decisions by senior management
  • Act as a sparring partner to local management teams, co-creating actionable recommendations
  • To succeed in the role, we imagine that you: 

  • Have prior experience with strategy or business development; at least 5 years from management consulting, strategy, business analytics or corporate development role
  • Have solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with strong oral and written communication skills in fluent English
  • Possess strong project management skills and are experienced in leading commercial projects and working together with different stakeholders
  • Are eager to learn, have a growth mindset that enables you to challenge, develop and approach complex issues in collaboration with others
  • Are a team player with positive energy that can handle a wide range of activities in parallel
  • Hold a master/MBA degree; ideally covering a balance of quantitative and qualitative disciplines 
  • Are a Microsoft Office super user; in particular Excel and PowerPoint
