Our ambition is to build the industry-leading HCP service offering to benefit both HCPs, patients, and healthcare systems in general. The service brand “Coloplast Professional” has been around for many years and has gained good traction worldwide. However, there are still many problems we can help solve for HCPs through services, and this is your chance to become part of that journey.

Key responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from both HQ and markets all over the world to elevate HCP services to the next level. You will be part of defining the long-term strategy for HCP services, deciding what success looks like, building the KPI framework to measure successes, and ensuring that it all comes to life. You won’t do this alone; the stakeholder landscape is extensive and includes colleagues from marketing, content creators, digital development, and the sales organization. To succeed in this role, you must find all parts interesting and be able to connect the dots to find synergies. 


Concretely, you will: 

  • Take a holistic view on the ecosystem of initiatives, processes, capabilities, and data that will make HCP services a success
  • Establish and drive performance management across countries and activities (offline and online)
  • Plan and execute smaller and larger projects and experiments (pilots)
  • Collect input and cases to build global best practices
  • Promote excellence within the field and challenge established practices to elevate standards
  • What are we looking for?  
    Your everyday is varied and dynamic, and to succeed in this role it is important that you:

  • Possess great project management skills and can create followership and spark enthusiasm.
  • Are digitally minded; as a key task for you, is to continuously develop the ecosystem around our online HCP platform.
  • Have strong commercial acumen; so you can easily link what you do with what is important across marketing and sales.
  • Are curious and structured; as we are building something new and learning as we go, you must be able to work hypothesis-driven, put form to abstract concepts, and acquire new knowledge.
  • Find data interesting; you are not an analyst or data architect, but you are a driving force in ensuring that data becomes part of decisions and learnings.
  • In addition to being a great colleague with wit and humor, the below attributes might improve your chances of success. In Coloplast, there’s great room for personal and professional development, hence a growth mindset is more important than ticking all the boxes. 

  • A Master’s degree within relevant field, ., business, digital/service innovation or marketing/communication
  • 5-7+ years working in a global organization within either commercial or marketing related roles. Alternatively, in a consultancy where you have a track record of delivering footprints with your clients.
  • Experience or interest in how digital development changes society and organizations, and how that translate into new ways of working.
  • Experience with communicating complicated topics and data in a compelling straightforward way with a good storyline
  • Experience in working hypothesis driven and running smaller scale experiments to gather learnings
  • Thrive in going from abstract ambitions to concrete actions, and wise versa from concrete observations to global best practices. 
  • Where will you work?
    We are situated in beautiful surroundings in Humlebæk and encourage being in the office as often as possible, that said, 1-2 days working from home is the norm in our team.
    We want to be close to our markets, hence 5-10 days of travel must be expected per year.
