The Position

You will be a part of the Cultivation Support team which consists of 9 highly dedicated and skilled colleagues and will work closely with our operators.

 

As a process supporter in the Cultivation Support team your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordination of activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the production including securing documentation in accordance with the current standards and legislations.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving using systematic lean tools.
  • Improvement activities, to ensure that we do things in a smart, simple, and efficient manner.
  • Provide support on defined issues and contribute to securing stable production.

 

As part of the job, you will be trained to be enrolled in the on-call-duty arrangement.

In addition, you have:

  • An education within a relevant field e.g. pharmacist, biochemist, biologist, engineer or similar.
  • 2-3 years of experience with production and/or development of pharmaceutical products is preferable.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbally, in English and Danish.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.

 

About the Department

You will be part of a dynamic business area which produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world.

We are 170 highly engaged people at our NovoSeven production site in Kalundborg, where we make the active ingredient for NovoSeven around the clock, all year. Our main task is to produce API to serve patients with Haemophilia and post-surgical bleedings.
