(Senior) Data Analyst, Planning, and Insights, GN Group
Are you looking for an expert role in an analytics department, where you can help making informed decisions based on a reliable data foundation? Using your skills within data modeling, querying, and analytics you bridge the gap between source data and actionable insights.
As our new (Senior) Data Analyst, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will be working daily with other IT and business experts, having responsibility for data and insights within the Global Customer Experience department and its sub-functions.
The data you will analyze will come from Customer Support, Aftermarket Services, Knowledge & Learning, Platform & Automation, and Service Excellence functions.
Your focus will be in ensuring that the data used in different areas of the department is accessible and trustworthy and you will collaborate with IT to develop the data sets used in the analytical solutions.
The team you will be part of
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you are part of the Planning and Insights team within Global Customer Experience department. The team supports the stakeholders with actionable insights, process automations, ML projects and ad-hoc data analysis.
You report to Manager of the Planning and Insights team, Martina Zrimsek.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will
Manage, analyze, and validate the data sets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity
Translate business requirements into data model designs and technical specs for BI backend developer
Drive data-related projects within GCX and provide subject matter expertise on data-related issues
Define good standards around data versioning, model management, documentation, integration, and testing
Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements, drive data flow improvements, and develop scalable and re-usable solutions
Analyze data from a business perspective, create insights and produce reliable and actionable recommendations for GCX Management and key business stakeholders
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making
We are open to your experience and background - and we believe that some or most of the following increases your chances of success with us. You have:
Relevant professional experience with data analysis, which you may have obtained from a similar position within a data focused department – perhaps from a Business Intelligence-, or IT team
Thorough experience with designing and structuring data for efficient querying and analysis
A good understanding of data warehouse principles, data modeling, data integration and processing/transforming of structured and unstructured data
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools, visualization and data story telling
A relevant higher education degree in IT, engineering, or other relevant fields of studies
Good project-, and stakeholder management abilities and can collaborate across the organization
Well-developed information processing-, and problem-solving abilities
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A keen interest in data information in general, incl. staying updated with market and industry trends and technological advancements
