What you will be doing

As a Senior Finance Business Partner you will play a crucial role in helping the new Finance Director drive the strategy, the story telling and culture within the finance team and across DD&IT , within the broader Novo Nordisk structure. You will join a small team, as a senior role model, and will have the opportunity to have meaningful impact in shaping its future.

Additionally, you will have the following responsibilities:

You are expected to bring a strategic approach linking our operational and tactical tasks to increase operating performance and results through budget rounds and handling of budgets across the organization. foster an environment of proactiveness and helpfulness, leading by example.
