About the Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in defining the future of our user interface development. As a lead engineer, you’ll guide a team of skilled web development engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. From conceptualising user-centric designs to hands-on implementation, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion user-centric design principles, leading the development of prototypes for high-scale web-based applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design, estimation, and implementation of new UI features.

Document design and architecture, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Work closely with team members to develop solutions for complex customer problems.

Write clean, modular, and robust code with a keen eye for detail.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Position Requirements:

10+ years of professional web development experience with a focus on UI/UX and Web Development.

Proficiency in web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience with interactive visualization frameworks such as D3.js.

Familiarity with modern interface design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English, fostering a collaborative team environment.
