What we offer:

As the Senior Functional Product Owner (SFPO) for Air/LCL (Less-than-Container Load), you will play a pivotal role in managing Maersk's processes related to specific product groups within the designated L1 process area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and drive the purpose and vision for the assigned L2 Air/LCL process area. This role will be part of the Global Process Leadership team.

Act as the single point of contact for the assigned service mode (TbM).

Define overall process design down to L5 level and establish connections with other processes.

Establish process objectives, targets, and measurements to assess and improve process maturity and operational success. Collaborate closely with the Business Change team for Air/LCL.

Adhere to process governance standards and ensure daily execution aligns with processes.

Maintain an up-to-date Process Map library for the L2 processes and associated levels.

Guide prioritization and sequencing of changes & requests affecting the process domain, collaborating with stakeholders.

Define and implement Business Policies for standardization across the process landscape.

Review, approve, and communicate process changes, improvements, and training plans.

Prepare the roll-out and further improve Cargo Wise 1 globally and Work closely with Air/LCL Product teams on the Cargo Wise implementation.

Continuously improve processes based on frontline/execution input.

Monitor risk and control environment to ensure great outcomes are achieved both for the customer and Maersk.
