Senior Hardware Development Engineer

Are you looking for a position covering all phases of product development and maintenance in a self-organizing agile team? We are looking for a committed senior engineer excelling in electrical design and mechatronic insight.
 

You will be joining the Product Development function within the Commercial Building Service Division. We are responsible for all development activities and the future innovations of 2 key product groups; MAGNA and MIXIT.

You will be part of an agile cross-functional team of skilled and dedicated engineers and technicians. The position is located at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark.

“We are expanding our development right now to be able to support all the requirements of our business. To support this, we are looking for an experienced hardware developer. A key challenge in this position is to create an optimal design meeting our high-quality standards and at the same time is cost-effective,” says R&D director, Henning Nørregaard Jensen.

What is the job about? 
As a self-organized team guided by a SCRUM master, the group can influence how to utilize each individual's skills and capabilities for successful sprints and delivery.

Your background
We are looking for a person with a master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar with 5+ years of relevant experience leading design tasks of electronics products. You are familiar with global organizations and have excellent communication skills on all levels.

You will need experience with:
