The 50 members of the Talent, Learning and D&I Centre of Excellence (CoE) works in partnership with the global HR Business Partner community to develop a culture of life-long learning at Novo Nordisk. The CoE builds the strategy, initiatives, digital and data enablers to develop the leadership and functional capabilities required for our people and business to be successful.
