The position

As a Senior Leadership Development Lead, you will be responsible for one of the learning initiatives for our senior leaders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing additional learning opportunities for Corporate Vice Presidents (CVPs) and organizing training for new employees joining at this level
  • Building new and innovative learning solutions for our senior-most leaders
  • Ensure the learning and transformation journey started for these leaders, maintains momentum and contributes positively to Novo Nordisk’s exponential growth journey
  • Guiding both internal and external providers in program design and delivery, while maintaining close stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth program operations and high quality
  • Facilitating various activities such as moderating panel discussions, organizing breakout sessions, and ensuring smooth session transitions
  • Creating supplementary materials and self-paced learning resources for colleagues engaged in furthering their learning objectives
  • This position is based in our global Denmark headquarters, with flexibility for hybrid work (a combination of working in the office and remotely from home).

  • 8+ years’ experience in Leadership Development, Human Resources, Learning and/or Organizational Development
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. HR, Business, Education, Psychology
  • Proven experience in creating impactful leadership development for senior leaders, ideally in a global setting, with a focus on sustaining learning and transformational journeys.
  • Demonstrated ability to create innovative and scalable learning solutions like leading needs analysis, instructional design, deployment, evaluation, and continuous innovation.
  • Strong experience in senior stakeholder management, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
  • Robust project management skills, overseeing multiple initiatives to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Experience in planning and managing a strong Communication Strategy, Plan and related resources that build on the learning design.

    The 50 members of the Talent, Learning and D&I Centre of Excellence (CoE) works in partnership with the global HR Business Partner community to develop a culture of life-long learning at Novo Nordisk. The CoE builds the strategy, initiatives, digital and data enablers to develop the leadership and functional capabilities required for our people and business to be successful.
