Why this role is important to us
Professional Services are responsible for the onboarding of clients to SimCorp’s solutions and services. We operate with consultants in EMEA, APAC and North America, supported by Global Delivery Centers in Warsaw, Manila, and Mexico.
SimCorp consultants are renowned for their high technical knowledge of our solutions and services. Our soft skills trainings are built to enhance the consultants’ interpersonal abilities, as it enhances their ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with teams, manage projects, and understand client needs. By combining these social competencies with technical know-how, our consultants can provide complete solutions and build enduring partnerships with clients.
In the role as Senior Management Consultant-Trainer – Trainer you will be part of our Value Services team which is responsible for partly design and delivery of soft skills training to consultants in the context of Education Services, and partly building and delivering management consultancy engagements to our clients as part of our Value Management practice. Being involved in our Value Management practice will foster a deeper understanding of the challenges our consultants face in client engagements, ensuring even better soft skills learning experiences.
