Your new role

As our new Senior Operations & Maintenance Instrumentation Engineer you will be part of our growing department with over 100 O&M specialists and engineers both in Denmark and Norway. We conduct projects for major energy companies in Wind, Oil & Gas, Solar, PtX, Power Plants, Gas/El Infrastructure, Waste-to-energy and Energy Intensive industries. As a Senior Engineer in the O&M department, you will have a key role in our multidisciplinary team conducting projects of high quality and through this become a trusted partner to our clients.

Your key responsibilities

Developing and enhancing operations and maintenance philosophies, strategies and barrier standards/performance standards.

Act as focal towards O&M functional safety (SIL) related tasks.

Defining scopes of work and contributing to resource planning and scheduling.

Providing solutions for optimization and standardization of maintenance strategies and activities.

Implementing O&M data into the client’s CMMS and asset management system

Performing consequence classification, RBI, FMECA and RCM analyses.

Managing key stakeholder relationships, internal and external, ensuring effective communication with clients and partners.

About you

Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the field of O&M or instrumentation from Energy projects.

Thorough understanding of maintenance theory, including MTBF, RCM/FMECA, Failure Rates, p-F, etc.

Proficient in barrier maintenance and management.

Experience with Functional Safety from either the process industry or machinery is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Scandinavian, both written and verbal.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include excellent communications skills as well as great stakeholder management skills. You are service minded and client centric. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently as well as in teams. You already know the industry very well and have a commercial mindset.
