The Position
As our new Senior Pilot Scientist, you will quickly get up to speed and have a large responsibility.
You will be part of a support team together with 15 dedicated and talented equipment colleagues and 9 mechanics. Our primary tasks are within implementation and validation of equipment as well as optimizations and finding the right solutions for the clinical production. We handle change requests, deviations, validation protocols, reports, and solves bigger and smaller optimization projects across the department.
As almost every production is a new project in the department all tasks must be solved cross-functionally with colleagues both within and outside of the department. The complexity of your tasks will increase with your experience.
Qualifications
You have a M.Sc. in Natural Science, engineering or equivalent combined with a technical interest in production equipment.
The optimal candidate:
Has strong experience within validation
Comes with process and technical skills
Likes to work independently with complex tasks
Has experience with the LEAN way of working
Has GMP experience
Speaks and writes fluently in Danish or another Scandinavian language
As a person you are a strong team player who can collaborate well with a diverse group of stakeholders. You contribute with great spirits, initiative, and flexibility. You are known for your can-do attitude, are comfortable with practical tasks, and find it natural to bring your technical knowledge into play when finding the right solution to a specific task. You have a strong business understanding and can challenge existing ways of working while proactively driving implementation of new solutions.
About the Department
Aseptic Pilot Plant is part of CMC and responsible for production of new aseptic medicinal products for clinical studies, primarily for phase 1 and 2. We are approx. 80 employees divided in 3 teams, who work together to maintain all functions in the aseptic facility. APP covers the responsibilities, wash and sterilisation, preparation, filling, inspection, utility, environmental monitoring, cleaning, maintenance, and validation.
In your daily tasks you will collaborate with mechanics, operators, technicians, chemists, and engineers who work determined towards delivering products for our customers and for the development projects in the right quality at the right time.
