Senior Project Manager/Project Portfolio Manager

The team responsibilities and ambitions

Projects and Process Groups is responsible for the project portfolio management and project execution across Supply, Manufacturing and Quality in AJV. The project managers in the team drive strategic implementation projects in a collaboration between production and support functions. We place great value on transparency, accountability and having fun while creating impactful results. Furthermore, the department is responsible for the activation and governance of cross-functional Process Groups.

Your work tasks

• Execute cross functional projects, e.g. larger optimisations in the manufacturing areas
• Driving project teams and ensuring adequate basis for decision making, eg. across manufacturing, QA, Regulatory Affairs etc.
• Creating and ensuring realistic timelines and budget
• Project risk identification and mitigations
• Preparing project material for Steering Group meetings and present towards senior management
• Responsible for monthly operational follow-up on project portfolio across Supply, Manufacturing and Quality
• Continuously improve the project portfolio management set-up

Who are you?

We expect you to have a higher education at Master’s level.

You are flexible with a positive and constructive approach to your work tasks. In the job as Senior Project Manager it will also be important that you can work independently with complex tasks. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey ideas clearly and engage with others. Your high level of flexibility makes it easy for you to adapt to changing circumstances while at the same time ensuring progress. You have a proven track record of keeping timelines and holding agreements in high respect. Moreover, you have a strong ability to build relationships and find it easy to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and to work cross-functionally.

You must be Fluent in written and oral Danish and English at a high level.

In addition, the following experience and skills are required:

• Solid experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Min. 7 years of experience within project management in the pharmaceutical industry/GMP setting
• Experience with aseptic production and connected QMS is preferred
• Knowledge of systematic problem solving and LEAN
• Fluency in English & Danish, both verbal and written
