The Position
As a Senior Project Manager in Intralogistics at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to work on implementing a fully automated material handling system in a new finished production facility.

In this role, you will also perform the following activities: 
• Utilize your expertise in material handling, processes, and ERP systems to ensure the successful execution of the project.
• Collaborate with other track leads to ensure seamless integration across the project.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Analyze designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met.
• Ensure commitment and satisfaction of stakeholders in and around the project. Being able to balance priorities and communicate effectively. 

Your workplace will be based in Høje-Taastrup, but as there is collaboration required on a global scale, some travel is expected. It is estimated that this will be around 15-20 days per year.

Qualifications
You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within natural sciences, engineering or similar and an excellent command of verbal and written English.

To be successful in this role, you will also need:
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within intralogistics, material handling, warehouse management or similar fields and in a controlled environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEX). The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
