What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for leading strategic projects across Global IT Operations and within the four Product Areas: Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure, Digital Workplace Solutions, Production Infrastructure and Global IT Support. In this role you will play a key role in executing the Global IT Operations Strategy and assignments will include different types of change projects impacting people, processes, and technologies. Your initial responsibilities we be related to implementing core infrastructure services and network operations where we are currently building new capabilities. Our default delivery model is Agile and as a Project Manager delivering strategic projects you will need to navigate fluently in traditional, agile and hybrid delivery models.

GITO Strategy & Transformation is a team of approx. 30 highly skilled and dedicated employees, responsible for driving the strategy and support the agile delivery teams across GITO. The team is diverse including roles such as Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Lead Architects, Organisational Change Managers. The position is placed in the team responsible for Lean Portfolio Management and Local Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LPM and LACE).
