The position
As our new Project Manager, we expect you to deliver high-quality project management for projects of varying size, budget, and complexity. Our project pipeline, which includes projects within technique-, building- and infrastructure projects, is rapidly growing.
All project design and execution are handled in close collaboration with the operating departments, local service centers and other relevant departments in Novo Nordisk. Stakeholder management is a significant part of the job, as we work with facilities and surroundings that affect many colleagues and processes.
In this role you can expect that you will have the full responsibility for the projects, and you are expected to run the entire process from A-Z, which includes:

Qualifications

Furthermore, we expect that you are able to handle most situations independently, receiving minimal guidance, but will seek advice and guidance on more complex issues. You should be able to set directions and deliver results in own role which has a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.
On a personal level, you are very trustworthy, a team player and have flair for stakeholder management as you will be in daily contact with line of business, vendors, etc. We expect you to have excellent planning skills, ability to work in a structured manner with an agile and proactive mind-set and be capable of handling a high-paced and complex work environment without losing oversight and motivation.

In Corporate Facilities, with 300+ employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. We create tangible business results by partnering with all areas of the business and what we do impacts all Novo Nordisk’s employees in their workday. Your primary base will be in Bagsværd, however the job involves activities across our Danish sites. The 21 colleagues in the department manage a large portfolio of maintenance, infrastructure, renovation and expansion projects with various complexity and size, across all Danish sites.
