The position 
You will become part of a growing project organisation that must ensure capacity to meet the increased demand from Novo Nordisk A/S, by establishing a new greenfield GMP production facility in Zealand. The new facility is built to modern standards. Sustainability and safety are key aspects during construction and operation as well as ensuring future expansion capabilities. You will collaborate closely with IT & OT project members and external contractors.

As a natural part of your projects, you will be in close dialogue with different departments in our IT and Automation organisation, line of business and all levels of management as well as external vendors. You will Lead IT/Automation projects or tracks in close collaboration with Line of Business, Vendors, and internal project teams. You will be working closely together with other team members in the IT & OT package, as well as cross-disciplinary with other teams., integrating with external integrator- and engineering partners.

The department
For the next 3 years, you will be part of the project organisation, seeing the project all the way through to operation. You will also be affiliated with the Project Management Office (PMO), where you will be able to draw on the experiences of employees and people managers within your field. After the project you will either assist other projects, or advance your career further within Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S.
