Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an Senior Project Manager for the Loads & Control department within our clients Technology organization. You will manage the scope that is executed by the department in a new product development (NPD) or Technology Development (TD) projects. You are expected to internally manage a team of specialist engineers in the technical domains of turbine controls and software, turbine loads and system level control.

Location: Middle Jutland, onsite 3 days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong Project Management experience (Ideally IPMA B-level or equivalent) in an Engineering or R&D environment
• Product development experience in either Systems Engineering, Control System design, Loads Engineering, Electrical System HW and SW development domains would be highly recommended
• Experience in Wind Turbine Engineering would be beneficial, but not required
• Strong English skills, both oral and written
• Able to start right away
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start working fulltime asap

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensures on-time delivery of main deliverables into the projects the project within the defined requirements (e.g. planning, budget, time, functionality)
• Facilitates weekly project meetings with core team and ensures priorities are clear
• Ensures alignment with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating where necessary
• Supports Team Leads and Department Heads with resourcing activities
• Leads project team members to cooperation and promotes efficient ways of workin
