About Us:

Femern Link Contractors (FLC) is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals, and ramps for the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with extensive experience in large infrastructure projects. Together, we are committed to delivering a state-of-the-art tunnel, portals, and ramps on time, safely, and with a focus on sustainability and ethics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding
• Actively source and explore new, innovative recruitment channels
• Handle international recruitment
• Get candidates excited about our mission and vision and strengthen our employer brand
• Identify motivation and cultural fit in candidate interviews
• Develop and improve recruitment and onboarding processes at FLC
• Collaborate closely with the HR and recruitment team on various tasks

Your Skills:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience or knowledge in the recruitment field, either within recruitment or talent acquisition. You should be curious and interested in keeping up with developments in the labor market and the latest recruitment trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Broad experience with all tasks in the recruitment process
• Skilled in asking probing questions to uncover competence profiles or understand candidate motivations
• Strong writing skills to create catchy and targeted job advertisements
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Relevant bachelor or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Experience in working with Danish labor law and labour relations
• Comfortable using data to advise leaders on organizational decisions
• Familiarity with operational HR tasks such as mobility, employment conditions, and onboarding
• Excellent command of Danish and English, both written and spoken

As a person, you are a team player with a high level of integrity. You can establish professional and trust relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Your eye for details allows you to focus on the specifics, while your ability to take a helicopter view helps identify what is best for the organization. Additionally, you are proactive, flexible, and don't mind being busy. Living within an acceptable traveling distance from Rødbyhavn or being willing to relocate there is essential.

Conditions of Employment:

This is a one-year full-time position. You will be covered by the Salaried Employee Act and an attractive pension scheme. We also offer optional health insurance and a lunch arrangement.

Our office is located in Rødbyhavn.
