You will be a Business Analyst in a Squad

We are offering a position as a Senior/Chief Business Analyst in one of our squads within the Credit Journey Tribe. The squads are cross functional and brings together both business and IT professionals.

Being part of a squad means that we are supporting each other, and we do walk the extra mile to ensure that everybody is being given a hand when needed. We have a positive attitude and carry out on our deliveries by acting as one, integrated team. 

Depending on your experience and qualifications the seniority level would be either Senior or Chief. 

You will join a Chapter

In addition to the squad you will also be joining a Business Analyst Chapter which is a community of highly skilled Business Analysts who share the same enthusiasm for making a difference, ensuring that each solution fulfils the business need and has the desired quality. As member of the Chapter, you will play a team role making sure that the chapter drives continuous learning, knowledge sharing and ensures that best practices are spread across the entire tribe. Finally, the chapter supports you with a network of skilled Business Analysts.

Your skills   

  • A proven analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Team oriented with solid stakeholder management capabilities
  • Understand customer needs and are excited about creating value for our customers
  • Solid knowledge about credit processes and credit decision processes. Probably through working experience as an Advisor, Credit officer or similar
  • Methodically and structured in your approach to solving tasks
  • 4+ years of Business Analysis or similar experience
  •   You will

  • support the business in determine the business case and how to follow up on the benefits.
  • be responsible for understanding the business needs as well as eliciting and refining requirements.
  • evaluate the existing processes finding the gaps and the pains as well as designing the future processes for our customers.
  • act as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and recommend solutions that enable our organization to achieve its goals.
  • work closely together with the IT developers in the squad finding the best possible solutions for our customers.
  • be enthusiastic about setting high quality standards and participate in both reviews and testing.
  • interact with professionalism across country boarders and organizational levels.
  • think and work holistically as well as being able to identify and understand operational and business risks.
  • be curious and not afraid to challenge but you also understand how to act with humbleness.
  • be motivated, by working in an agile environment and you will actively contribute to the social culture of the team.
  •   Who are we?

    We offer a flexible working environment where working from home 1-2 days a week is common. You should expect to be present at the office during Chapter meetings and together with your squad typically 2-3 fixed days a week. You will be located in our brand new Copenhagen Central head office, Bernstorffsgade 40, 1577 Copenhagen V where we move during April 2024.
