Søly is hiring an experienced waiter/waitress

We are seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team and collaborate with the Head of Coffee in running our café We are a small but diverse establishment with our own micro-bakery that supply our Søly To-go area and café.

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated waiter/waitress who will help ensure our guests have an excellent experience.

We are looking for someone to take on the following tasks:

• Monitor and ensure high service standards during opening hours.
• Motivate FOH staff to perform their best.
• Ensure all guests have a great experience in line with Søly's manifest.
• Handle table reservations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events.
• Supervise and manage staff.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments.
• Daily communicate with Head of Coffee and other departments.

For this role, we expect a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the industry. Expect weekend work and occasional irregular hours. It is a requirement that you speak on of two languages fluently, Danish and or English. We expect of you that you have a Danish work permit.

We are a newly opened café/microbakery in Vedbæk. We focus on comfort food and classic dishes with a twist. Our food is made from high quality produce and our menu is carefully curated. We take pride in serving great tasting food in beautiful surroundings. We cater to all age groups who love great food, quality coffee, freshly baked sourdough bread and other delicious pastries.

Our opening hours are currently for breakfast and lunch, but we plan on opening for evenings as well.
