At SOWA, we're all about making professional audio easy. We've pioneered an innovative audio technology that transforms PA loudspeakers into 100% wireless, user-friendly marvels. We're on a mission to build a whole ecosystem of professional audio products, all with a focus on simplicity and Scandinavian design. As a scale-up with about 5 years under our belt, we're a tight-knit small crew of 5 people dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in Pro Audio.

About You:

You're not the sales rep who aggressively sits in your chair waiting for the phone to ring. You're a door-knocking, relationship-building, trailblazing force of nature who is motivated by reaching ambitious goals. You thrive on forging connections with partners and creating results through distribution partners. And you certainly aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get gritty. Your lifestyle welcomes hitting the road visiting distributors, resellers and end-customers 100 days a year, spreading the gospel of SOWA across Europe (and beyond).

You must be fluent in English and if you also speak German/French it is a big plus (but not a requirement). Then you have a knack for the details in communication, and to prove it you must include a rocket emoji in your application to show us that you've actually read the ad thoroughly.

Lastly, you are tech-savvy and have a drivers license. Experience in the audio / Pro AV industry is not expected.

Fancy degrees and impressive CVs? Nah, we're more interested in your drive and determination than your past titles. We're not offering a cushy corner office or first-class flights or hotel suites. But what we can promise is the opportunity to earn a salary that directly reflects your performance. We guarantee a base salary of 3300 - 4000 EUR based on your qualifications, with a healthy dose of commission on top.
