Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Masters degree in Engineering, Economic, Finance, Business administration or similar. 5-10 years of experience, preferably from pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Proven experience in a leadership role, providing executive support and driving strategic initiatives. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization internally, as well as with externals. Knowledge of business processes, systems, and industry requirements. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate and define operational objectives. Experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Able to drive strategic and complex projects & activities across other departments than own department. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Able to provide strategic insights to the company and to balance short and long term focus. Fluent English skills and experienced presenter.
