As our new Procurement Category Manager, you will be part of Indirect Procurement and be responsible for driving strategic and operational tasks leading to stronger Procurement coverage i WS Audiology. You will be accountable for the direction and performance delivery of the Procurement function for Corporate Marketing. You will act as a conduit between the business and the suppliers and possess outstanding influencing and negotiating skills, for this EUR 12 million spend.
What you will do
Supplier relationship, negotiations, performance management and development.Identification of alternative partners/vendors to optimize cost and or reduce risk.Sourcing tasks and tenders through established procedures and processes.Effective engagement of a complex mix of senior stakeholders within Corporate Marketing.Stakeholder management and engagement – local, regional and global.Risk allocation and mitigation through stakeholder and supplier alignment.Development and execution of Strategic Category Plans.Support the global Procurement targets in accordance with the annual objectives.What you bring
Procurement Specialist experienced with
Commercial and cost driver knowledge within Indirect services, preferably within the marketing category.Multibrand and/or multichannel experience.Solid understanding and experience from FMCG industry, preferably within an international organizations.Over 5 years’ experience in a materials-related role.Personal competencies
