Student Assistant - Social Media

In our Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, we are looking for a student assistant to support on community management, but also other tasks within social media.

You will join our Branding & Marketing Excellence department where we work towards customers and employees perceiving Grundfos as ONE global brand, delivering a unified and industry leading brand experience within global water and energy. More specifically, you will be working in our Digital Marketing team together with 7 colleagues and another student assistant. We guarantee a steep learning curve, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about your ideas.

What is the job about?

We imagine that your primary task will be overseeing community management on a daily basis (to the extent possible) with the possibility to work on other tasks within social media. 

This includes working with:

- Overseeing our global Inbound Dashboard in our social media management tool where all comments, messages and mentions come in from all our social media channels across the world.
- Handling all mentions on our global LinkedIn, Facebook and X accounts.
- Assigning comments and messages to relevant colleagues and ensuring they reply in a timely manner.
- Other ad hoc tasks within social media that could be relating to channel governance, Google Locations, general social media, and employee advocacy. If you have any specific interests or competencies, we will of course attempt to embrace that.

You will be working for 10-15 hours, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork. We are looking for a student assistant, who are willing to work flexible hours from home throughout the week to cover community management as many days as possible. Depending on your classes, we imagine you coming to the office in Bjerringbro once a week for a full day with the team.

What do you need to apply?

- You are studying for example communications, marketing, media or something else. 
- You have an international outlook, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a requirement. 
- You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.
