Who are we looking for?
You are currently enrolled at a university, and we expect your study to be within a BSc student within e.g. business or international studies, or HR. However, no matter your educational background, you have a strong passion and respect for different cultures and like working with different disciplines. This position calls for strong analytical skills and the ability to work in the detail with each task, and at the same time you need to have a good control of multitasking.
We are looking for a person that is known for high-quality work combined with a personal drive and pro-activeness. You should be able to evaluate different situations and bring solutions to unexpected situations. As the mobility team is supporting the organization in all matters regarding mobility from the immigration process to coordinating the move to different locations, manage our vendors etc. Being service minded should be natural to you.
You are an outgoing team player willing to work independently most of the time. Routine tasks and formal procedures will be part of your daily work, therefore you are patient in obtaining a high quality of work and well structured.

Overall, you will together with the team drive the mobility process of our inpatriates and expatriates, and support in different projects and in building the process to improve the experience of the employees on mobility.

As a student assistant in TotalEnergies’ HR department, you will be working in a thriving energy company that is present all over the world, along professionals that are dedicated to the transformation towards a renewable energy sector. In this position you will be part of the Compensation and Benefits team of four full time employees including the Manager. You will report directly to the Mobility Lead. You will be assisting in the coordination of different aspects of international assignments when sending and welcoming our employees across the organization and will be following the mobility policies owned by Headquarter, Paris, and others owned locally in Denmark. The team supports all functions in HR Denmark and the business.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.
