The role
By joining Ways of Working Mastery, you will be part of a diverse team who are committed to deliver high quality learning experiences to support the agile transformation in the bank.
From giving new joiners, the best possible onboarding to agile ways of working, to offering agile leadership training to foster agile mindsets and capabilities for new and experienced leaders. We focus on developing employees’ skills and competencies, and we aim at cultivating a self-driven learning culture, firmly grounded in agile principles.
We are a team of 6 people with a broad variety of competencies and skills, located primarily in Copenhagen and Aarhus.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage in various activities, delivering assistance and support in meaningful initiatives and learning activities.
You will play a key administrative and supporting role in Ways of Working Mastery by:
Your profile
You have a "can-do" attitude and a focus on growing and developing as an individual. You do not have to have all the answers, but an openness to learn, be innovative and creative.
We seek a structured, curious, and purpose-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time coordinator (15-20 hours a week). If you are excited about creating an impact together with great colleagues, then we want to hear from you!
