Are you looking for the opportunity to work with health, safety and wellbeing, benefits, diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement on a global scale? If you are passionate about making a difference for your colleagues, you may be just the one we’re looking for.
In BESTSELLER, the health and well-being of our employees has never been more important. Furthermore, we are committed to support the areas of engagement, benefits, diversity, equity, and inclusion within our company. We are now looking for a new colleague to help us set the bar even higher.
JOIN THE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TEAM
The Social Responsibility team is part of the global PEOPLE (HR) organisation. We are a team of six colleagues with the responsibility of defining, developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, processes, and partnerships within the social responsibility area across BESTSELLER – both nationally and globally. Together, we cover the areas of health, safety and wellbeing, benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion and employee engagement. Our purpose is to build the foundation for a sustainable work life at BESTSELLER where everyone can be at their best.
Joining this team is a great opportunity for you to have impact on and support our commitment to being a socially responsible employer and continuously support employee well-being. Furthermore, it is a way of getting hands-on experience working in a dynamic team and delivering on relevant assignments to supplement your studies. We offer 8-15 hours per week and would prefer two working days if this complies with your studies.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall, you will contribute to the development and operation of BESTSELLER’s Social Responsibility activities, focusing primarily on ensuring a healthy working environment, promoting well-being and building up our benefit area. On top of this you will be included in our work to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as engagement. You will be taking ownership for administrative and coordinating tasks within health, safety, wellbeing and benefits etc. We also see communication to colleagues about news, upcoming activities etc. as part of your future role. Finally, you will get a chance to support projects as well as collaborating with team members to find the solutions that deliver the most value to our colleagues as well as our business.
YOUR PROFILE
You become part of an action-oriented organisation, so you must thrive in an environment where the time from thought to action is short and where things are changing – it demands a certain kind of flexibility and adaptability. In return, the energy level is high, and if you are a proactive, self-driven and ambitious student, there are plenty of opportunities for you to take on responsibility and impact BESTSELLER’s Social Responsibility activities.
