To strengthen our Supply Chain department , to be based in our affiliate in Copenhagen, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Supply Chain Assistant .

As Supply Chain Assistant you will work in an environment where you can:

assist Supply Chain Scandinavia with administration, coordination, and structuring tasks for several countries.

make a difference in the life of people living with severe diseases by securing availability of our products.

You will contribute by:

Coordination with Third Party Logistics

Securing correct stock levels, hereby coordination with global stakeholders

Analyze and structure data in various systems (Excel, SAP, and others)

Handling IT interfaces

Communication with wholesalers and local stakeholders

Being involved in various ad hoc tasks and projects

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:

Interest and knowledge in the field of Supply Chain Management

Student at Copenhagen Business School or similar mercantile educational institution

Fluent English, good understanding of Scandinavian languages

MS Office user, especially Excel

Flexible and willing to learn, organized and structured

Willing to work app. 10-15 hours per week (we are of course flexible during exam periods)
