Supply Chain Planner - Maternity Cover

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

As a Supply Chain Planner you will cover two areas that are key for our ability to serve customers in our own and operated sales network. One being the accuracy of inventory in our stores supporting omni channels sales. The other being ensuring point of sales material are available at the warehouses. At GANNI we are growing and maturing our direct-to-consumer business and for the right candidate there will be plenty of opportunity to shape and improve processes as part of running the daily business.

You will be the main point of contact for our material supplier and for a number of stores. You will work closely together with the rest of the operations organization and have strong ties to the retail operations team. 

The position is a maternity cover and we are expecting an engagement of approximately 12 months. You will be part of the Supply Planning Team consisting of 7 people covering supply, inventory, and demand planning as well as product data.  

Responsibilities ahead of you:

• Review weekly stock count difference of retail stores. Investigate stock discrepancies and approve counts accordingly.
• Monitor order flows across different systems, to ensure accurate stock update in the ERP. Overseeing sales orders, transfer orders, return orders, etc. Identify and report any issues, resolving minor problems independently. 
• Summarize monthly stock count performance and provide feedback to retail operation managers & area managers. 
• Adjust stock levels in the ERP in response to requests from omni channels, stores inquiries, etc.
• Order point of sales material at supplier for various markets
• Support the point of sales material flow from warehouse to stores
• Follow up on point of sales material spend vs budget

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with supply planning, stock management and ERP systems
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Good excel and analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience with RFID technology is an advantage
