Join our Talent Acquisition team 

At our headquarters in Middelfart, you will become part of a Group HR team with 23 experienced HR professionals. Here, you will join our Talent Acquisition team who consist of 5 dedicated colleagues who are acting as our global Centre of Excellence (CoE). In this role you will have the opportunity to influence and support the growth of the company through attraction, retainment, and development of internal and external talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Researcher, you will become a vital part of our team. We help managers to scope their needs, search and select and interview the candidates. In collaboration with stakeholders across our Group, you will run your own recruitment processes from A-Z. Furthermore, we strive for a more data-driven approach. So, if you are passionate about data insights or possess a keen interest in it, this would be a valuable addition to our team.

More specifically, your responsibilities include: 

• Search for candidates using our various tools (LinkedIn, network, SOME, and candidate databases)
• Conducting 1st and 2nd round interviews in cooperation with hiring managers and giving assessment feedback.
• Ad hoc administrative reporting 

People oriented and eager to learn 

As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills, and you interact with people at all levels and across different cultures easily. You have a structured approach to your work, and you possess a personal impact that enables you to enjoy handling multiple priorities.

In addition, you: 

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within HR, communication, or similar 
• Have 1-3 years of experience within recruitment
• Have experience in providing test feedback, preferably using Thomas International/Summit assessment tools 
• Speak and write English and Danish effortlessly 
• Have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, SOME, and possibly other sourcing tools
