Then you could be the Technical Project Manager we are currently seeking on behalf of Vestas aircoil a/s 

In your capacity of Technical Project manager with Vestas aircoil you will be part of the project management group with close contact to OEM clients, technical and quality departments, and the company’s production facilities. Your focus will be on communication with OEM clients, project handling and management, and designing OEM products for diesel and gas engines primarily for mining equipment, marine industry, and power plant industries. 

Your responsibilities 

Your responsibilities in this position will include construction and design according to customer requirements worldwide and technical customer support, including sparring with our international sales and production departments. Furthermore, you will handle NPI projects and manage internal projects. You will also develop and maintain standard products within the company’s own brands as well as appropriate documentation of custom and standard products. Design and sales drawings and maintaining BOMs (Bill of Materials) in the ERP system is also part of your responsibilities.

The history of Vestas aircoil dates back to 1956 when the engine manufacturer B&W asked Vestas, which at the time manufactured agricultural machinery, to solve the task of air cooling the turbochargers that B&W had begun to mount on large diesel engines. Since then, there has been no looking back, and Vestas aircoil is now among the world's leading specialists in developing and manufacturing OEM quality cooling systems for the largest global engine manufacturers. The company has production facilities in China, Romania, and the USA and has a worldwide network of distributors and agents. Skilled teamplayer with technical background and experience 

You have an educational background within civil or mechanical engineering, preferably a bachelor’s or a master’s degree. This is complemented by experience from a similar position within the metal working industry, either as an expert technical supporter or application engineer. Your extroverted personality enables you to discuss technical solutions with both OEM clients and internal stakeholders on an eye-to-eye level. Furthermore, you are a structured and detail-oriented teamplayer who thrives working both individually and across the organization in an informal working environment. You are fluent in English and German, both written and verbal. You have knowledge of 3-D construction tools (e.g Autodesk Inventor), detailed knowledge of current drawing and measurement guidelines, and excellent skills within Microsoft Office. If you have knowledge and interest in engine design and function and of designing parts for vibrating or high temperature environments this would be an additional advantage.
