We are looking for a new colleague for our Technical Department, Technical Support & Service 4-Stroke, who acts as the central hub for technical knowledge and service competencies with product responsibility for Holeby's engine series.
The role itself is new, which means you will define what it means to be a Technical Team Coordinator in the Technical Support & Service department in a time of rapid technological development of both our products and practices. The role is a centrally located position from which we shape the development of the business into our strategy of green transition and growth with high technical quality.

In a central role like this, it is important that you possess basic professional knowledge, for example from a marine engineer study, to which you have since gained an understanding of what it takes to integrate technical know-how and development into a business in the form of knowledge sharing, process and collaboration among colleagues and across the organization. We imagine you have at least 3 years relevant experience.
We have many departments that support us with their own specialties. It is therefore important that you are able to develop your network of colleagues around the business, as a vital resource to create the right solutions and support for the department.
Poses flair and passion for both IT systems and business process development. Consider yourself to be omni- to extrovert with good communication skills mixed with a strong self-reflection and desire to continuously develop yourself. Can cope with a lengthy onboarding that, in addition to the office, can involve travel activity to one of our many service hubs, and as a trainee on board ships. The planning of this will be done in cooperation with you.
As there are many elements to familiarize yourself with, the ideal candidate has a curious approach when it comes to topics of a technical, administrative and/or organizational nature

The department consists of 2 function groups, a team of 6 Technical Advisors, and a team of 13 Superintendent engineers. We will start up your onboarding with basic knowledge of our systems and processes and gradually introduce you to the daily tasks before we ultimately give you the full palette of the role.
