At SNL BioSolutions, we want to enable sustainable and scalable innovation.We are looking for a talented and motivated recent graduates with molecular biology experience to work as technician in our team at Denmark.      

you will be responsible for:

• Design, plan, and analyse  experiments to understand how microbial strain performance is influenced by process changes and strain genetics
• Work in close collaboration with the fermentation team to provide feedback, solve problems, and implement process improvements and new strains in the factory
• Collaborate with various internal and external functions and take charge of our data handling. This involves creating scripts to process and analyse experiment data, as well as maintaining, developing and troubleshooting.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bioinformatics experience on genome models, gene annotation, and expression analysis
• competence in programming and data handling/processing  skills in Python, R, or other languages
• A Master's degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, bioengineering, or a related field
• A high drive for performance, systematic thinking, analytical and conceptual capabilities
• Strong communication skills with full fluency in English

Location of work would be at our lab facility in DTU BIOSUSTAIN, Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability, Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, Søltofts Plads, Building 220, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark.
