Job Position: TIG-Svejser/TIG-welder

Job description:

Weld and then build up the plant. Building facilities for pharma production.

Ideal candidate:

Can weld to Level C according to the Force Technology Reference Color Chart (both in ISO, Asme and super duplex),
Requirements for a welding certificate:
• 142 bw 19-1.16-2.15. 9.53-38.00. (316 butt Weld pipe plate. Welding position, all except PG
• 142 bw 19-1.16-2.15. ≥ 38.10. (316 butt Weld pipe plate. Welding position, all except PG
• 141 bw-t-1.0-2.0 (304,316 butt weld). Welding position, all except PG and J-L045
• 141 bw-t-1.5-2.77 tig (304, 316 butt weld) Welding position, all except PG and J-L045

Other requirements:

• Experience from pharma industry
• Experience with isometric technical drawings is a big advantage
• Requirements for qualifications:
  • Read and understand isometries
  • Understanding of PI&D
  • Read and understand 3D models
  • Have experience and computer understanding, as the welding log is electronic
• English language knowledge

There will be held a site test that requires a demonstration of the TIG-welders' ability to read isometric drawings in a practical test. Likewise, the welder must demonstrate cleaning, fitting, correct purge gas flow and correct handling of the pipes.
