Training Specialist

About the Team 

You will start your job in Aftersales, where your base will be in the Customer Service Team. Your position will later on move to the HR department.

Aftersales area of Aasted including approximately 65 dedicated colleagues. Within the customer service team, the primary tasks include support for our customers along with sale of service agreements.

You will have an essential role in the team, and you will be a big part of our journey towards offering optimized employee development and customer experience.

You will start your job in our Aftersales team, transitioning to HR thereafter.

About the job

With you onboard, in this new position, we are ready to take the next step in our journey with a focus on being more proactive in the sale of training sessions for our customers and maintaining our service engineers’ solution-oriented competencies. You will have the support from your co-workers, who have technical expertise and a focus on processes. 

Key responsibilities

• Crafting effective training materials.
• Conduct continuous “Train the Trainer” sessions.
• Facilitating engaging sessions for customers and service engineers regarding our equipment.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information for training material creation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training methodologies.
• Transition to the HR department you will continue to enhance the overall organizational learning and development strategy.

About You 

Ideally, you are someone who appreciates a well-organized approach and understands the importance of clear processes. With your solid background in creating training programs and materials delivered in-person and virtually, you can navigate projects independently. Your comfort with uncertainty and adaptability shines in an ever-changing environment. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience as a training manager/ specialist or similar role.
• Strong instructional design or facilitation skills.
• It is a great advantage if you have technical understanding.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences with varying technical expertise.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
• Knowledge of Axapta or other ERP systems is an advantage.
