Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
• Lead strategic projects in a timely and effective manner to support our growth objectives and customer requirements.
• Being first point of contact for escalation from sites on carrier performance issues
• Create clear roles and responsibilities for processes and procedures.
• Drive successfully cross-functional stakeholder engagement for alignment and handshake.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Responsible for securing solid and easy to understand documentation for the organization.
• Drive and lead continuous improvement activities to ensure processes are efficient, well implemented, and globally aligned to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
• Lead problem resolution through fact-based root cause problem solving.
• Ensuring clear communication channels across business and different stakeholders
• Develop measurements and KPI to support the performance transparency.
• Secure visibility and transparency for transportation performance; drive KPI’s and performance reporting.
• Be a super user of our Global Transportation Management System.
