User Experience Designer (Copenhagen, Denmark)

Our Channels Corporates tribe are looking for a skilled UX Designer to help bring highly relevant and desirable financial services to our business customers within our flagship platform, District. This is a hands-on role in which the chosen candidate will work closely with the product owner, business analysts and engineers to define and deliver customer journeys of high strategic importance to the bank. Along the way you’ll develop in-depth knowledge of Danske Bank’s operations and its customers.

You’ll also be a member of the Human-centred design (HCD) chapter and, thus, supported by 10 other human-centered design colleagues comprising user research, UX, UI and design system specialists, who all work in other product teams within the Business Customers area of Danske Bank.

You’ve been designing digital solutions for 5+ years and can show a portfolio that demonstrates a high quality UX design process and execution.

You can thrive in a matrix organization where navigating a broad stakeholder landscape is part of the job.

You intuitively incorporate the relevant business objectives and user needs into your product design decisions.

You are an effective advocate for your user-c

In addition, we see that you keep up with design industry tools and trends and are fluent in a range of experience design processes and artifact such as:

Facilitating ideation or design thinking activities with team members

Deriving actionable and manageable user requirements from user research

Articulating your design through user journey maps, user flow or process diagrams, information architecture, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and detailed UI design - ideally using Figma as your go-to tool.
