Based at VIKINGs headquarters in Esbjerg, you will report to the Global QHSE Manager and be part of the global QHSE department and a team of 6 colleagues - as well as a number of global partners within QHSE, R&D and Manufacturing.

We are in the process of rethinking our quality work in the product development process, both in regards to how to organize projects and within which quality methods to use, and since it is a newly created position, you will have a large influence on the job content and future perspectives
As an Global Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:- As part of the cross-organizational product development team and in close cooperation with the project manager, you will determine, support and coordinate quality activities within the global supplier and manufacturing areas, including support for FMEA and ITP/control plans
- Carry out own specialized quality tasks, including process and product audits related to the development and manufacturing of new products
- Participate in the further development of VIKING's NPI process model, including systems, sub-processes, methods, tools and quality culture
- Your specialized and broad competencies build e.g. on experiences from QA and QC activities in the manufacturing area
- You have experience within development of new products, including cross-functional project work and preferably in an international context
- You thrive with - and also drive yourself towards value-adding changes and improvements of the company
Your personality is also important. We expect you to be proactive, curious and self-driven. And you have the ability to create strong cross-functional collaborations - both internally and externally.
You have a high level of language skills in English and Danish.
