The many other highlights include industry-leading talent development initiatives and competitive benefits.The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Inventory administration roles, be an excellent communicator with good organisational skills. Key responsibilities of the Inventory Administrator: Planning, scheduling and communication of work within the warehouse Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation. Coordinating documentation for incoming freight Monitoring and tracking incoming containers. Assisting the Customer Service team and Yard Operations teams with data entry Proficient with Excel Previous experience of a WMS is highly desirable, but not essential Desired Skills: Great communicator Excellent organisation Skills Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook) Good attention to detail Ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure The role is on a 5 days out of 7 contract, with a rotating shift of 6am-2pm, and the next week 2pm-10pm.
