Warehouse Manager

Key responsibilities Responsible for the overall operational management of the warehouse in accordance with GSP, customs and Novo Nordisk quality system requirements.
Manage the warehouse team to continually improve operation efficiency and capabilities.
Coordinate the operator of the partner for routine warehouse management, inbound and outbound activities, make sure the timely delivery.
Ensure warehouse compliance with local HA and global standards.
Act as operation responsible for Pudong warehouse related facility, equipment, and Computerized system according to NN validation standards.
IT system owner of WMS,ESC and other warehouse related system.
Coordinate with warehouse partners for pest control, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Qualification College degree or above in engineering, logistics, pharmacy, or other related area.
Familiar with local GDP (GSP)/GMP.
Above 5 years working experience in GMP or GDP (GSP) area.
Above 5 years warehouse management experience.
Familiar with warehouse operation, facility, and equipment management.
EHS experience preferred.
