With reference to the Capital Projects Manager, the position of Senior Project Manager, in the Capital Project Team, offers great opportunities for you, the experienced candidate, who has a strong background within the building maintenance industry (specialising in technical projects but also with experience in construction projects), preferably within the banking sector and/or corporate environment.
As Senior Project Manager, you will have an important very hands-on role, and be part of part of a highly qualified team that supports the customer's need for execution of multiple FM projects of varying sizes and complexity. This includes the initial dialogue with guidance to the customer, tender design / review / recommendation, contracting with supply chain, follow-up on progress and finances, delivery of the project in line with quality standards, adherence to project governance and documentation.
Our ability to deliver quality projects on time and at agreed prices is crucial to our success. Therefore, you play an important role in the development of the contract in cooperation with the customer. You will be supported by the Global PMA team, and work in close cooperation, and together with the key stakeholders in Denmark.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously as well as key stakeholder management. Experience in scoping projects in close cooperation with the customer and end-user and developing and presenting project proposals including the financial impact for key stakeholder is essential.

The position requires both theoretical and practical experience as well as knowledge of Facility Management, experience in technical and construction projects as well as knowledge of BR18 and HSE legislation. You will also have the ability to combine the technical elements of a project with the financial impact.
It is important that you can communicate your knowledge and solutions to the customer as well as colleagues from non-technical departments, and you must be able to navigate at all organizational levels – both internally and externally. At the same time, you are able to handle complex problems and solutions, and you thrive on a dynamic everyday life. In addition, you need to have IT knowledge as you will be working with the Office suite, AutoCAD, SAP as well as Facility Management systems.

Has excellent skills within stakeholder management at a senior level and ability to navigate in a complex organization. Strong technical project understanding with the potential to grow with the organization.

In addition, you have the ability to see the customer's needs in a unified solution, are development-oriented and thrive in a busy environment. Another important success factor is that you must be able to plan your own work in an organization with many communication paths focusing on many different types of tasks. You are a team player, as well as a good communicator.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience of delivering projects between DKK 500k. - DKK 10m within the technical building industry, preferably in banking sector / corporate environments / commercial offices. Experience in energy / sustainability projects is advantageous.
