About The Role
Dixa is looking for an exceptional human being to join our Nordics and Benelux team, and head up the sales strategy into the Benelux region.
In this role, you’ll close new deals in your territory to propel Dixa’s growth in this region. We have already had some fantastic wins in the region, so the new Account Executive will have a strong foundation to be able to build a fantastic territory.
Reporting directly into the Sales Director, Nordics & Benelux you will work closely with your team to build out this commercial strategy for this territory, also working closely with Business Development & Partnerships and the marketing team to build out the territory further.
Responsibilities
Own your territory:
- Build and execute on territory plan
- Drive pipeline generation
- Forecast revenue
- Achieve your revenue quota
Build strong business relationships:
- Empathise with prospects and qualify business pain
- Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Marketing, Sales Development and Customer Success
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through the sales process
- Gain a deep understanding of key prospect accounts and your territory
About You:
- Experience selling software. Ideally, you have a consistent track record in mid-market software sales (SaaS), achieving or exceeding revenue quota.
- Experience of selling in the Benelux region.
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from generating pipeline to conducting discovery calls, from articulating ROI in negotiations to closing
- You are composed, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the MEDDICCC framework.
- You are adaptable and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, you have worked in a start-up or scale-up before.
- Fluent in Dutch
